The website provides general information about the remote swearing-in, how to prepare a appointment, identification documents, certain common documents, and how the service works.

Assermentation Pro is a private service. The commissioner’s role is to administer an oath or solemn declaration, verify identity for the purposes of the session, certify the signature provided as part of appointment, and complete section reserved for the commissioner for oaths.

The content of this website and the templates provided do not constitute legal advice, a notarized document, a certified true copy certification, or a representation service. When a situation requires tailored advice, visitors may consult the appropriate professional.

Assermentation Pro takes reasonable measures to keep the site accessible, functional, and secure. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain pages, functions, or resources may be added, modified, moved, or removed to improve the site, correct information, or account for service changes.

When a disruption affects an already confirmed appointment, the terms set forth in the terms and conditions of sale and the refund policy apply.
